Responsibilities of the role:

• Understand your client portfolio and teams workflow in the existing media campaign
• Support team in timely tracking and reporting campaign results, weekly reports, ad-hoc reports requested by the client
• Ensure smooth campaign implementation – from processing the booking, following up to the billing post-campaign
• Assist the team in all aspects of administration tasks in media planning
• Keep learning and developing technical and industry knowledge.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with publishers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Support team in pitching project if any
• Other tasks will be assigned by the line manage

Join us if you are

• A junior/senior student or a fresh-graduated with passion in the media, digital industry.
• Available for the minimum 4 months duration internship and open for the permanent position afterward.
• Good at English in both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working with details, figures, and have a data-driven mindset.
• Accountable to work under pressure, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Understanding briefly about the industry, business, brands, and consumers in the Vietnam landscape.
• Having proven hands-on experience of advertising technology platforms (ad servers, DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager …) is a strong plus
